Dear Janelle,

What a blessing you are. The inspiration, encouragement, and education you bring into my life is so fulfilling. And it’s more than just eBay - that was just the beginning. I am learning to think outside the eBay box. You challenge me in ways that I would never dream to explore - like blogging - my kids are amazed!

I first “met” you at eBay Live! San Jose, in one of your classes, and then I made sure I was in all your classes! From there to connecting to your OSI newsletter, reading your books, listening to you on eBay Radio, and now a part of your OSI Rock Stars.

And finally to really meeting you in Chicago - you hold a special place in my heart.

I met Janelle for the first time at eBay Live and went to her Turbo Lister seminar. She is a great speaker, made the class interesting and funny and has a great sense of humor!!! I am very thankful I discovered Rock Stars, now when I tell my husband “Janelle says”, he understands all that OSI Rockstars can do for my business. Janelle, I consider you my mentor and am so thankful for all the education you have on the site, and for helping us to think outside the “eBay” box. I really hope to see you at future events and want you to know I am a Rockstar for life!!

There just aren’t words to describe you! From the moment I first met you I felt like I had known you my whole life. You are a true inspiration to me and one of my heroes.

I absolutely love the environment you have created at OSIRockstars.com and all the wonderful people who you have attracted to the site.

Anytime I am having a bad day and feel myself slipping into a bad poor-me attitude, I put on my ipod and listen to one of your interviews. Your positive attitude and innovative thinking always manage to pull myself out of “myself” and get me focused on more productive things. So I guess listening to OSI Rockstar podcasts has become my therapy!

I feel lucky to have worked with Janelle from her days here in Seattle running the WIN Group (Women of Intention) and the Powerseller Group. She was, and continues to be, a wonderful positive presence guiding my steps through the online business world (which was completely foreign to me when I first started!).

Janelle put me on the right track from the start and I continue to listen to her podcasts faithfully, always gaining some new insight. Thank you for all you have done for me - you have been my inspiration and mentor.

I too, am grateful to have met Janelle and be part of such an AWESOME team. We truly are a team, thanks to Janelle because there were many “groups” of people at Live and members of others newsletters that did not even get to meet each other like we did!

I personally felt like I made some lifetime friends and it was great to see we are all “Real” people, especially Janelle because despite her wild success as an Entrepreneur, she is a “Real” person who is approachable, gracious, giving, compassionate and kind.

Janelle, thank you so much for all the GOODIES to promote our business! That was a great expense for you as well as all the time it took to make sure we all had personalized items.

I, like many of you have followed Janelle and her teachings for several years. Meeting her finally, for the first time here at eBay Live 08 has been both an honor and a privilege.

For any of you who have yet to meet Janelle in person, let me say she is so sweet, so wonderful, so down-to-earth and so truly “It’s All About You Guys”. It’s sort of like when you travel somewhere and see something really fantastic and then come home and show someone your pictures that just don’t do justice to what you saw.

I invite you to take this page and tell your story about what she has done for you, how she has influenced you, what makes her remarkable to you.

I personally want to say thank you Janelle. Because of you, I have met some absolutely wonderful people. Because of you I am kicking myself a bit harder in the pants to push forward through some of my self-inflicted roadblocks and to keep in mind each and every day how important it is to keep a success mind-set. You inspire me and this site you have built for all of us is where I come if I need a pick-me-up.

And to all of you, the members of this site, thank you so much for all of the pats on the back, for keeping me going, for also inspiring me with your own motivations and advice. You are just as wonderful as our Janelle.

Janelle: The Fearless Leader with a Big Heart

Like many of you, I had the joy and pleasure of finally meeting Janelle Elms in person.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen redder hair that graced a person’s head!

By now many of you know that our dear Janieruth was hospitalized because of a serious fall. It was this incident that showed me a side of Janelle - one of unadulterated compassion and uncompromising humanness.

While beside Janieruth at the hospital bed, and close to the end of our visit the day the incident happened, Janelle pulled close to Janieruth’s ear, whispered that she loved her and evoked a gentle smile from the ailing patient. That moment in time, I saw not only a power entrepreneur and fearless leader of OSI Rock Stars, but an angel.

Janelle, thank you for looking out for each of us Rock Stars. May the blessings of your kindness and generosity return to you a thousandfold.

I know I am a quiet Rock Star, but I am a thoroughly happy one and so thrilled with all the classes and information you have shared with us. I met with individuals from every eBay department and all were complimentary on the job we were doing …thanks to you!

At eBay Live 2008, we went to the Powerseller Individual 7 Steps Consultation and after looking over our store, the eBay account manager said, “WOW, your store looks great, and so does your feedback I see why you have such high DSR’s and why your items are raised on the search!”
